About Insulated Concrete Forms
Insulated Concrete Forms (ICFs) consist of two expanded polystyrene (EPS) panels stacked on top of each other like Legos.
They are connected by plastic ties, reinforced with rebar and then filled with concrete. Once the concrete dries, the forms stay in place to provide continuous insulation on both sides of the wall.
